- Wheat wrap with chipotle turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, banana peppers and mayo
- Coffee

Dinner
- Wheat penne with milano sauce, grilled chicken with FF Ranch
- Mixed Veggies (broccoli, carrots, peas, etc.)
- Brown Rice
- Glass of water

Others
- Another bottle of water
- Another cup of coffee
- Like 5 french fries. Teeeeheee :x

- Salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, nuts, crispy noodles, tortellini salad mix and fat free ranch dressing
- Coffee

Snack
- Half a banana

Dinner
- Wheat wrap with grilled chicken, spinach, green peppers, olives, tomatoes, fat free ranch dressing
- Wild rice soup
- Bottle of water

It starts today!

Back to being healthy and fit. Losing those last pounds.
I’m gonna try recording everything I eat for 35 days. 7 weeks should be about the amount of time I need to reach my ugw, if I stick to my diet 100%, which I won’t. LOL, but I’ll try my best!

I went to the gym already this morning. Proud of myself for waking up early to go! (:

There are days when I feel like the fattest fuck, but then I remember how far I’ve come. I’m so fucking proud of myself and my body. And I love this dress minus the weird sleeves. Maybe I should go back and buy it…

Me currently!

Terrible terrible.

Took over five months to lose a total of 27lb. I went from 152lb to 125lb between May and October. I gained 7lb (eeeeeek) between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so it’s time for me to get back on that weightloss grind. I need to lose at least 12 more pounds for me to be satisfied. It’ll be difficult but rewarding.
